Searching for Records

The Search feature can be used to find specific records, such as a contact, a company or even a submittal package. The type of Search window displayed depends on what you are searching for.

The following options may be available on your Search window:

Display a list of records based on the selected filters. If no filters are selected, all the records will appear.

Add all the selected records to the field.

Select all the records listed on the search grid. This is available to fields that allow multiple selection.

Clear the selected records on the search grid. This is available to fields that allow multiple selection.

The type of filters available on your search window depends on the record for which you are searching.
